What if I want to file a complaint?

We attach great importance to providing a good, high-quality service. Kooi always tries to provide its customers with a good and speedy service. Nevertheless, it may occur that our service does not go according to plan. Please let us know if this is the case. We will find a solution together.

How can you submit a complaint?

We strive to process any complaints in the best possible way. Moreover, your complaint also serves as reason for us to examine how we can further improve our services. There are several ways to let us know that you are not satisfied. You can send an e-mail to info@247kooi.com or contact us by telephoning +31 88 247 5610.
We kindly ask you to submit your complaint to us within 20 days after the incident to which the complaint relates.

What do we ask of you?
To process your complaint as effectively as possible, we need the following information from you:

  • Name and contact details;
  • Date of submission;
  • A clear description of the behavior or event being complained about;
  • Date of the event;
  • Any attachments to support your complaint (if applicable).

We endeavour to confirm receipt of your complaint within ten working days and to settle the complaint within six weeks. You will receive written confirmation of this. Complaints with incomplete data will not be processed.
