What if I want to file a complaint?

We attach great importance to providing a good, high-quality service. Kooi always tries to provide its customers with a good and speedy service. Nevertheless, it may occur that our service does not go according to plan. Please let us know if this is the case. We will find a solution together.

How can you submit a complaint?

We strive to process any complaints in the best possible way. Moreover, your complaint also serves as reason for us to examine how we can further improve our services. We endeavour to confirm receipt of your complaint within ten working days and to settle the complaint within six weeks. You will receive written confirmation of this. Complaints with incomplete data will not be processed.
