The RED Fixed has a 360-degree rotating and tilting thermometric camera and advanced analysis software. The RED Fixed generates an alarm in the event of an abnormal rise in temperature to prevent fire outbreak. This alarm is received real-time at the Kooi Alarm Center. Our own operators analyze the report and verify the alarm. A verified alarm puts the alarm protocol in effect.
We developed an innovative software and Artificial Intelligence (AI) that allows the RED Fixed to perform 24/7, even during working hours. Vehicle alarms are filtered out. The system is continuously monitored to ensure that the RED Fixed functions optimally. We work with a dual internet connection via two service providers to guarantee uninterrupted internet link.
The Kooi Alarm Center (KAC) is CCV-PAC, EN50518 and ISO27001 certified and specialises in handling camera alarms. The operator in the KAC analyses the incoming RED alarm. When verified, the agreed protocol comes into effect. In addition, the operators of the KAC also monitor the technical performance of the system.
