The UFO has five types, each equipped as standard with a built-in siren and loudspeaker to deter intruders. Thus, the UFO Go is suitable for securing driveways and access roads and the UFO Medium for large and complex sites. Is there no power available? The advantage of mobile camera security is the mobility of the UFO. This allows us to quickly adapt to changes on your premises.

The Rising Early Detection (RED) is a thermometric camera that can rotate 360 degrees. With it, it scans your entire waste shed and signals moments when the temperature in the waste deviates from the normal trend and exceeds the alert threshold for waste fires. The camera detects 150 meters away. In an optimal situation, 70,000 m2 can be put into detection with one system. The camera detects this area in a tour, with the system detecting scalding through trend analysis. 

3. Kooi Alarm Center

The expert dispatchers at the Kooi Alarm Center (KAC) monitor surveillance images 24/7 and initiate alarm follow-ups where necessary. The KAC is CCV-PAC, NEN-EN50518 and ISO27001 certified and specializes in handling camera alarms. Whereas the Unit For Observation (UFO) regulations require 80% of regular alarms to be recorded within 90 seconds, at Kooi we do so in 1o seconds. This specifically involves so-called ‘intrusion alarms’, registrations of intruders. If we call in the emergency services such as fire brigade or ambulances, we cover the costs. So there are no additional costs, which is nice for our customers.

4. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

For us, technology and sustainability increasingly go hand in hand. Our RED separates the wheat from the chaff thanks to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and in-house developed software. The heat from a roaring truck engine, for example, is cleverly filtered out of detection. Only increasing temperatures in dirt storage are detected. 

Our UFOs can be connected to power current and have low energy consumption. If power supply is not available on site, we supply sustainable energy supplies such as the Solar Power Unit. This is a power supply that runs entirely on solar energy. By equipping our UFOs with infrared lighting as standard, we also contribute to reducing light pollution in the evening and at night. Good for people ánd animals.

5. 24/7 Kooi app

Online applications make it easy for you, the customer, to view the camera images yourself. With our 24/7 Kooi app, you can always view the UFO remotely and adjust monitoring times from your mobile phone. When you and your colleagues go home, our cameras and the Kooi Alarm Center take over surveillance. If anything suspicious happens on your construction site at night, you will receive a notification the next day. So you can sleep undisturbed at night. 

With the revamped RED portal, you can watch live images from the RED camera installed or hanging in your storage hall. The camera measures the temperatures of the storage bins and signals where they are increasing to prevent scalding and fire. An up-to-date panorama image and temperature of the detection area can also be displayed in the portal. Furthermore, project details can be viewed and current working hours and alarm protocols are easily visible. For both: Rest assured!
