Sivard joined Kooi through a temp agency. “I had a choice between mechanization or Kooi. I chose Kooi because the company is different, and I was interested in the technology behind the cameras,” he explains.

My job is to troubleshoot issues and ensure that the systems stay up and running.” This involves close collaboration with the Service & Support team. “They determine the priorities. Sometimes, I’m on the road for a whole week, and they outline my schedule. Besides that, I have a lot of freedom and work independently, which I really enjoy.”

The opportunity to grow within Kooi is another big advantage. “I see my future here. I set high standards for myself and want to keep developing.
