Inside Sales Specialist (EN/ES).

About the Role: 
We are looking for a versatile and driven Inside Sales Specialist to support our commercial and operational activities in Spain. You’ll play a crucial role in managing client relationships, handling administrative and organizational tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. You will liaise daily with clients and field colleagues and adapt quickly to changing situations. Thanks to your efforts, everything runs smoothly, and you become the heartbeat of our local team. We offer thorough in-house training to get you fully up to speed with our systems and services. 

You’ll also be part of our international team, working closely with colleagues from Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. Occasional travel to our head office in Drachten, the Netherlands, will be part of your role. 

Responsibilities: 
• Creating and sending quotations and managing transport & order requests; 
• Handling a variety of administrative tasks in our central CRM system; 
• Maintaining professional and well-structured contact with customers in both Spanish and English; 
• Ensuring a high level of accuracy and punctuality in all administrative processes; 
• Quickly adapting to the needs of the team and customers with a flexible mindset; 
• Always going the extra mile for our customers — client satisfaction is our top priority; 
• Following up on outstanding invoices and managing debtor control (contacting customers regarding overdue payments). 

Your Profile: 
• Language skills: Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken; 
• Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy; 
• Flexible and able to stay calm under pressure in a dynamic environment; 
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented attitude toward customers; 
• Commercial mindset with a passion for client contact and business growth; 
• Experience or affinity with surveillance systems or security services is a plus.
