Vanaf het eerste contact met zijn nieuwe werkgever voelt de MD zich bijzonder welkom. Michiel: “Wat ik écht bijzonder vind is de cultuur en de energie binnen het bedrijf. Die drive en vibe heb ik nog niet eerder zo meegemaakt. Dat is ook de grote uitdaging: hoe zorg ik ervoor dat de groei blijft maar tegelijk die vibe en drive niet verloren gaan.
